4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

STRICT NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

1. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Peptalon LLC maintains a strict no refunds policy for the following reasons:
- Products are specialized research chemicals
- Products are for experimental use only
- Contamination risks associated with returns
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Product integrity and safety concerns
2. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordering incorrect products or quantities

- Delays in shipping or delivery

3. EXCEPTIONS
The only exception to our no refunds policy is: Proven product defects that render the product completely unusable for its intended research purpose, determined solely at our discretion and subject to:
- Written notice within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence of the defect
- Products must remain unopened and unused
- Our technical team verification
- Compliance with return shipping requirements
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

5. ORDER VERIFICATION

6. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
For packages damaged during shipping:

7. LOST SHIPMENTS
For lost or undelivered packages:
- Contact us within 5 business days
- We will investigate with shipping carrier
- Proof of non-delivery may be required
- Resolution subject to carrier policies
8. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Credit card chargebacks or payment disputes:
- Must be resolved directly with us first
- Provide detailed explanation of concern
- Allow 10 business days for investigation
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination
9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law, which permits suppliers to establish return policies provided they are clearly disclosed to consumers before purchase.
