PEPTALON LLC - ORDERS AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESS

Placing Orders:

• All orders must be placed through peptalon.com
• Account creation required for all purchases
• Age verification (21+) mandatory for all customers
• Orders subject to acceptance by Peptalon LLC

Order Review: We review all orders for:

• Customer age verification (minimum 21 years)
• Geographic eligibility (UAE/GCC only)
• Product availability
• Payment verification
• Compliance with our terms

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are accepted only when:

• Customer meets age requirements (21+)
• Delivery address is within permitted regions
• Payment is successfully processed
• We send written order confirmation
• Products are available in stock

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse any order without explanation
• Cancel orders that don't meet our requirements
• Verify customer information at any time
• Limit quantities on certain products

3. PRICING

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include:

• Product cost
• Applicable VAT (where required)
• Prices do NOT include shipping costs

Shipping costs are additional:

• Dubai: 60 AED
• GCC Countries: 150 AED

4. PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Visa credit cards
• Mastercard credit cards
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Payment Terms:

• Full payment due at time of order
• All payments processed in AED
• Payment must be successful for order processing
• No cash on delivery available

5. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver ONLY to:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries including:
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain
  • Qatar
  • Oman

We DO NOT deliver to any other countries or regions.

6. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Dubai Delivery:

• Shipping Cost: 60 AED
• Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
• Local courier service

GCC Delivery:

• Shipping Cost: 150 AED
• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
• International courier service

Business Days: Sunday through Thursday (UAE working days)

7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Packaging:

• Products packaged for safe transport
• Appropriate temperature control where required
• Discrete packaging for privacy
• Tamper-evident security measures

Shipping Process:

• Orders processed within 1-2 business days
• Tracking information provided when available
• All shipments handled directly by Peptalon LLC
• Professional courier services utilized

8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Age Verification at Delivery:

• Recipient must be 21 years or older
• Valid government-issued ID may be required
• Delivery person authorized to verify age
• Packages returned if recipient under 21

Delivery Conditions:

• Packages require signature confirmation
• Safe delivery location required
• Recipient responsible for accepting delivery
• Business addresses accepted

9. DELIVERY ISSUES

Failed Delivery Attempts:

• Multiple delivery attempts will be made
• Customer notification for failed deliveries
• Packages returned to sender after final attempt
• Re-delivery fees may apply

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Report issues within 48 hours of expected delivery
• Investigation conducted with courier service
• Replacement or resolution at our discretion
• Proof of damage may be required

10. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

GCC Deliveries:

• Customer responsible for any customs duties
• Delays possible due to customs processing
• Additional fees may apply at destination
• We provide necessary documentation

11. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipping:

• Contact us immediately to request changes
• Modifications subject to availability
• No guarantee of successful modification
• Cancellation may be possible before processing

After Shipping:

• No modifications or cancellations possible
• Packages cannot be redirected
• No refunds for unwanted deliveries
• Strict no returns policy applies

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters or weather conditions
• Government restrictions or customs delays
• Courier service issues beyond our control
• Technical system failures
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

13. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
