1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of peptalon.com ("Website") operated by Peptalon LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Website, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection as amended by Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023, and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Modern Technology-based Trade.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER

While the UAE permits business ownership from age 18, our products require customers to be minimum 21 years of age. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will not purchase products for anyone under 21 years of age
• You acknowledge that we reserve the right to verify your age at any time

WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT SALES TO MINORS UNDER 21. Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions will result in immediate account termination and order cancellation.

• NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
• NOT FOR THERAPEUTIC USE
• NOT FOR DIAGNOSTIC USE

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are intended solely for scientific research purposes
• You will use products only in appropriate laboratory settings
• You possess adequate knowledge and facilities for safe handling
• Products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for safety or efficacy

4. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

Our services are available ONLY to customers located in:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries

We do not ship to any other countries or regions.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Order Process:

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Peptalon LLC
• We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted only upon:

• Successful age verification (21+)
• Valid payment processing
• Confirmation of delivery address within permitted regions
• Our written order confirmation

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard credit cards
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Pricing:

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Prices include applicable VAT where required
• Shipping costs are additional as specified below

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due in full at time of order
• All transactions are processed in AED
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Costs and Timeframes:

Dubai:

• Shipping Cost: 60 AED
• Delivery Time: 3-4 business days

GCC Countries:

• Shipping Cost: 150 AED
• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

Delivery Terms:

• All shipments are handled directly by Peptalon LLC
• Delivery requires recipient to be 21+ years of age
• Valid government-issued ID may be requested upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or force majeure
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery

8. NO REFUNDS POLICY

STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This policy applies to:

• All products regardless of condition
• Incorrect orders due to customer error
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Products that do not meet customer expectations
• Any other reason whatsoever

Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven product defect that renders the product completely unusable for its intended research purpose, at our sole discretion.

9. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

LIMITED WARRANTY: Products are provided "AS IS" with no warranties except as required by UAE law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, the following limitations apply:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Use or misuse of products
• Failure to achieve research objectives
• Any health effects or injuries
• Loss of data or research results
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages exceeding the purchase price

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptalon LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of products in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any misrepresentation regarding your age or eligibility
• Third-party claims related to your use of products

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on peptalon.com, including trademarks, logos, and product information, is owned by Peptalon LLC and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021), we collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, or technical failures.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
