Delivers a synergistic mix of essential amino acids designed to support muscle repair, boost recovery, and enhance overall performance.

Main Information

Aminotropin is a targeted injectable amino acid blend developed to accelerate muscle repair, enhance recovery, and support lean growth. Containing a synergistic matrix of essential and conditionally essential amino acids, it promotes protein synthesis, nitrogen balance, and energy metabolism. This formula is especially valuable for athletes during high training loads, recovery from injury, or anyone aiming to optimize muscle health and physical performance.

Scientific Background

Aminotropin is formulated to provide fast-acting anabolic and restorative support through a precise blend of amino acids. Unlike single-compound supplementation, its combination delivers both structural building blocks and metabolic regulators essential for recovery.Leucine acts as the primary trigger of the mTOR pathway, stimulating protein synthesis and muscle repair [1]. Isoleucine and Valine support energy production during training, reduce muscle breakdown, and stabilize glucose metabolism [2].

Glutamine contributes to nitrogen balance, immune function, and gut integrity, making it critical during stress or recovery phases [3].Arginine enhances blood flow, nutrient delivery, and growth hormone release, further supporting anabolic processes [4].Together, these amino acids act synergistically to improve regeneration speed, lean mass development, and training resilience.

Usage Instructions

Aminotropin is an injectable amino acid formulation designed for direct support of muscle recovery and growth.

  • Administration route: Subcutaneous (preferred) or intramuscular
  • Needle size: 29–31G (subQ) or 25–27G (IM)
  • Preparation: Ready-to-inject liquid; if lyophilized, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water
  • Storage: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C; protect from light
  • Timing: Post-training or in the evening to maximize repair and anabolic response

Dosage Information

Post-Training Recovery

  • 1 mL, 3× per week
  • Administer within 1–2 hours after training for optimal uptake

Lean Muscle Support / Hypertrophy Protocol

  • 0.5–1 mL daily, 5 days on / 2 days off
  • Supports steady nitrogen balance and protein synthesis

Injury or Overtraining Recovery

  • 1 mL daily, short-term (7–14 days)
  • Use to accelerate rehabilitation, reduce catabolism, and restore energy

May be stacked with glutathione blends, B-complex, or GH secretagogues for enhanced regeneration and recovery synergy.

Important Warnings

  • Do not exceed 1 mL daily unless advised by a healthcare provider
  • Use with caution if you have kidney or liver disease, or disorders of amino acid metabolism
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Always use sterile injection technique and rotate injection sites
  • Mild side effects may include local irritation, flushing, or digestive discomfort
  • Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience allergic reactions, severe nausea, or unexplained muscle cramps
