Main Information
ARA 290 is a novel therapeutic peptide derived from the structure of erythropoietin (EPO), engineered to provide anti-inflammatory and tissue-protective effects without stimulating red blood cell production. It acts on the innate repair receptor (IRR), modulating inflammation, protecting nerves, and promoting tissue regeneration. Scientific Background
Unlike EPO, which primarily regulates erythropoiesis, ARA 290 was developed to selectively activate the tissue-protective domains of the erythropoietin receptor complex while avoiding hematopoietic effects. Its action centers on the innate repair receptor (IRR), a receptor formed by the heterodimer of EPOR and CD131.Through this pathway, ARA 290 reduces pro-inflammatory cytokine release, limits oxidative stress, and supports neuroprotection [1]. Clinical studies show improvements in neuropathic pain and small fiber neuropathy, particularly in diabetes-related cases [2]. Additionally, ARA 290 has demonstrated positive effects on insulin sensitivity and endothelial function [3], making it a promising agent in both pain medicine and metabolic health.

Usage Instructions
ARA 290 is an injectable peptide designed to modulate inflammation, protect nerves, and support tissue recovery. For detailed instructions please refer to the leaflet provided with your product package. Here are the most important instructions at a glance :
- Administration route: Subcutaneous (preferred) or intramuscular
- Needle size: 29–31G (subQ) or 25–27G (IM)
- Preparation: Ready-to-inject solution or reconstituted lyophilized powder
- Storage: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C; protect from light
- Timing: Morning or post-training, depending on goal (pain vs. recovery)
Dosage Information
Neuropathic Pain / Nerve Regeneration
- 0.5 mL daily for 4–6 weeks
- Evaluate clinical response; may transition to maintenance dosing
Metabolic Support (Diabetes / Insulin Sensitivity)
- 0.5–1 mL, 3× per week
- Use as part of a supervised protocol for metabolic regulation
Recovery & Anti-Inflammatory Protocol
- 0.5–1 mL, 2–3× per week
- Useful during high systemic inflammation, post-injury, or stress phases
