Main Information
DIHEXA is a cutting-edge neurogenic peptide developed to enhance memory, learning, and cognitive repair. Originally designed as a therapeutic for Alzheimer’s disease, DIHEXA is known for its ability to promote synaptogenesis — the formation of new connections between brain cells. This makes it a powerful tool for neuroregeneration, mental performance, and recovery from cognitive fatigue.
Scientific Background
DIHEXA (N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide) is a small peptide derivative of angiotensin IV, developed by researchers at Washington State University for its potential to restore cognitive function in neurodegenerative diseases. Unlike traditional nootropics that merely boost neurotransmitters temporarily, DIHEXA has been shown to stimulate actual synapse formation — leading to structural changes in the brain that support long-term cognitive enhancement. Its high lipid solubility allows it to cross the blood-brain barrier efficiently and bind to hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met receptors — pathways known to play a role in brain plasticity and repair. In preclinical studies, DIHEXA demonstrated a seven-fold greater potency than BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) in promoting new synaptic connections. It’s being explored not only for memory loss but also for traumatic brain injury, depression-related cognitive dysfunction, and age-related decline.

Usage Instructions
- Take the capsule orally, ideally on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a cognitively demanding task.
- Swallow with water without chewing.
- For optimal results, use daily and combine with learning, work sessions, or activities that stimulate brain function to support synaptic development.
Dosage Information
Cognitive performance / productivity support:
- 8–10 mg per day, preferably in the morning
Neurorehabilitation / brain fog recovery:
- 10–20 mg daily, divided into two doses (morning and early evening)
Mood & neuroplasticity enhancement:
- 5–8 mg daily, adjustable based on personal response
Cycle length: Most users follow 4 to 6-week cycles, with an optional 1–2 week break to reassess effect and sensitivity.
Important Warnings
- Not for use in individuals with active cancer or undergoing immunosuppressive therapy unless under medical guidance.
- Should not be used in pregnancy or during breastfeeding.
