Storage: Lyophilized at −20 °C; after reconstitution 2–8 °C, protected from light
Timing: Post-training or morning; maintain consistent timing across a cycle
Glucose note: Monitor carbohydrate intake and be alert for hypoglycemia-like symptoms due to insulin-like activity
