Main Information
MOD-GRF 1-29 is a modified version of the first 29 amino acids of natural GHRH, with amino acid substitutions that increase stability without extending half-life unnaturally.
This makes MOD-GRF ideal for use with GHRPs, which stimulate GH release via a different receptor (GHS-R1a), leading to a dual-pathway synergy.
Primary Benefits:
- Pulsatile GH release mimics natural physiology
- Enhances fat metabolism, recovery, and sleep quality
- Improves muscle repair and regeneration
- Supports anti-aging and hormonal optimization
- Allows for cycle-based GH optimization without suppression
Scientific Background
MOD GRF 1-29, also known as CJC-1295 without DAC, is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It was developed to mimic the natural signaling of GHRH in the brain, specifically targeting the pituitary gland to release pulses of human growth hormone (hGH). Unlike direct hGH injections, MOD GRF 1-29 stimulates the body’s own GH production, preserving the natural rhythm and feedback mechanisms of the endocrine system.
Originally known as tetrasubstituted GRF 1-29, this modified version was designed to overcome the rapid degradation of native GHRH in the bloodstream. The natural form has a half-life of just a few minutes, making it impractical for clinical or performance use. By introducing four strategic amino acid substitutions, researchers significantly extended the stability and bioactivity of the molecule, allowing it to remain effective long enough to initiate a strong GH pulse.
What makes MOD GRF 1-29 unique is its short-acting and pulse-like nature, closely replicating how the body naturally releases growth hormone in bursts—especially during sleep or after exercise. This is in contrast to long-acting GHRH analogs (like CJC-1295 with DAC), which produce more sustained, non-physiological exposure that may suppress natural GH rhythms over time.MOD GRF 1-29 is often paired with GHRP peptides (such as GHRP-2, GHRP-6, or Ipamorelin) for synergistic release of GH. While MOD GRF stimulates the pituitary, GHRPs activate the ghrelin receptor—together mimicking both major triggers for GH secretion in the body.
Research shows that combining these pathways amplifies growth hormone release, supporting benefits such as:
- Increased IGF-1 levels
- Improved recovery and fat metabolism
- Better sleep and tissue repair
- Preservation of lean muscle mass during caloric deficits

Usage Instructions
To ensure safe and effective use of Peptide Products, like MOD-GRf 1-29, it’s important to follow correct preparation, handling, and injection techniques. Below is a summary of the most essential steps. For detailed guidance, please refer to the official Product Leaflet included with your vial. You can also view the the Leaflet online at the right bottom of the product page.
- Inspect the solution before each use by gently tipping or swirling the vial or preloaded syringe once or twice.
- Do not use if the solution appears cloudy, discolored, or contains particles.
- Peptide products are typically supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
- Reconstitute using bacteriostatic water.
- Inject slowly along the vial wall and swirl gently (do not shake) until fully dissolved and clear.
- This peptide is intended for subcutaneous injection using insulin syringes (up to 16 mm needle length).
- Always use a new, sterile syringe and needle for every injection.
- Maintain aseptic technique and never reuse syringes.
- Rotate the injection sites (e.g., abdomen, thighs, or upper arm) to avoid local irritation or tissue damage.
- Before injecting, check that the syringe is correctly loaded: a small drop of solution should appear at the needle tip. If not, discard the syringe and prepare a new one.
- Refer to sections E–G on pages 10–11 of the Product Leaflet for visual instruction, if available.
- Store the lyophilized powder refrigerated at 2–8 °C.
- After reconstitution, use within 7–14 days, keeping the solution refrigerated.
- Do not freeze. Protect from light.
