Usage Instructions

PT-141 is available in injectable and nasal spray formats. Timing is essential for optimal effect.

Injectable:

Reconstitute vial with 1–2 ml bacteriostatic water
Inject subcutaneously (abdomen or thigh)
Store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C, use within 7–10 days

Nasal Spray:

Administer 1 spray per nostril (total 2 sprays = 1 dose)
Effects begin within 30–60 minutes, lasting up to 6–8 hours
Store refrigerated when not in use

Dosage Information

Men (Libido & Erectile Response):

Dose: 1–2 mg SC injection or full nasal dose
Use 45–60 min before sexual activity
Do not exceed 1 dose per 24 hours, or more than 8 doses/month

Women (Low Sexual Desire / FSIAD):

Dose: 1.75 mg nasal spray (FDA standard)
Use pre-intimacy, best results after several uses
Can be used 2–3× per week, depending on individual response

Stacking Potential:

May be combined with Oxytocin, Kisspeptin, or Testosterone microdosing

Important Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Overuse may increase the risk of side effects such as nausea or blood pressure elevation.
Not recommended for individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or a history of stroke, as PT-141 may cause transient increases in blood pressure and heart rate.
