Often used as a safer alternative to GH therapy, Sermorelin promotes hormonal balance, supports fat loss, sleep, recovery, and is popular in anti-aging protocols.

Main Information

Sermorelin is a synthetic version of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH 1–29) — the first 29 amino acids of the full GHRH molecule, responsible for triggering growth hormone secretion. It stimulates the pituitary to release GH in a natural, regulated manner, supporting youthful hormone rhythms without suppressing the body’s feedback loop.

Sermorelin is widely used for anti-aging, fat metabolism, improved sleep, lean muscle support, and general recovery. It is well-tolerated, non-hormonal, and can be stacked with GHRPs like GHRP-2, GHRP-6, or Ipamorelin to maximize GH output.

Key Benefits

  • Stimulates natural GH release
  • Supports fat loss, sleep, tissue repair
  • Helps restore youthful hormone balance
  • Non-suppressive & HPTA friendly
  • Excellent alternative to synthetic GH therapy
  • Well-suited for long-term use

Scientific Background

Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide analogue of Growth Hormone–Releasing Hormone (GHRH 1–29), designed to stimulate the body’s natural production of human growth hormone (HGH) via the anterior pituitary gland. It represents the bioactive core of endogenous GHRH—the segment responsible for binding to GHRH receptors and initiating pulsatile GH release.Originally developed in the 1980s for the diagnosis and treatment of growth hormone deficiency (GHD), Sermorelin has since gained recognition for its application in anti-aging, recovery, and performance enhancement protocols.HSermorelin acts by stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete GH in a physiological, pulse-like manner, mimicking the body’s natural rhythms. This differs from exogenous HGH administration, which bypasses regulatory feedback and may suppress endogenous hormone production. By promoting endogenous GH release, Sermorelin indirectly increases IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1) levels in the liver and peripheral tissues—enhancing anabolic repair, fat metabolism, cell regeneration, and neurological recovery.

Scientific Benefits & Applications

  • Body Composition: Sermorelin has been shown to support fat loss, particularly visceral adiposity, while preserving or increasing lean muscle mass .
  • Recovery & Tissue Repair: Through GH/IGF-1 pathways, it enhances collagen synthesis, joint recovery, and post-injury regeneration .
  • Sleep & Cognitive Function: Sermorelin may improve slow-wave (deep) sleep, which is closely linked to natural GH secretion, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
  • Hormonal Balance: As it works upstream from GH, it preserves hypothalamic-pituitary axis (HPA) integrity—making it a more sustainable option than direct HGH therapy.

What Makes Sermorelin Unique

  • Stimulates the body’s own growth hormone in a pulsatile, physiologic way
  • Supports fat metabolism, muscle tone, and cellular repair
  • Preserves the natural endocrine feedback loop

Ideal for anti-aging, post-cycle recovery, and long-term regenerative strategies

Usage Instructions

Please refer to your product leaflet for detailed prep instructions.

  • Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with 1–2 ml bacteriostatic water.
  • Inject the liquid slowly into the vial and swirl gently until fully dissolved (do not shake).
  • Store the mixed solution in the refrigerator (2–8 °C) and use within 10–14 days.
  • Administer subcutaneously, preferably at night before bed or in the morning fasted.
  • To optimize GH release, avoid carbs or fats 1 hour before and after injection.
  • Can be used alone or stacked with GHRPs for enhanced effect.

Dosage Information

Anti-Aging / Wellness Protocol:

  • Dose: 200–300 mcg once daily
  • Timing: Pre-bed, fasted
